Broken Egg and Eating it! What to do NOW?

Hi all,
My hens are just starting to lay. I am now getting about 2 a day from 8 hens. Most of the time they are laying in the nest boxes which are about 2 feet off the ground. Yesterday one must have laid one on the coup floor near the feeder because when I looked in the coup two of them were sitting there pecking/eating the broken egg. I could see that one of them must have pecked it open. What to do now? Can I expect to now have cannibal chickens?

I found my first egg on the ground and they were eating it, I immediately shooed them away and destroyed it...this will lead to the bad habit of eating the eggs, and you cannot cure it, you would have to cull the hens...get out there earlier and snatch up the eggs before they realize, maybe it was already broken, like mine, and they were eating it...if not...you may have an issue.
