Remove the eggs.
Find out why you are getting broken eggs and fix the problem before it becomes something more serious.
Possible causes of broken eggs in a turkey nest are:
1. Unwanted breeding attempt by a tom when the hen is on the nest. Broken eggs are the least of what can go wrong if the tom has access to the hen's nest. Other possibilities can be an injured hen and in the worst case, the tom can accidentally kill the hen.
2. Too many hens sharing the same nest.

Two toms and one hen is too many toms. Even if you didn't happen to see them around the nest, they are probably the reason for the broken eggs. With two toms and one hen, it would not be surprising if her eggs are not fertile as the toms will do their best to prevent each other from breeding her.Just 2
