Hello again...
I just returned the last duck I rescued back to the creek and then noticed a goose with a swollen and black foot. Just my luck! Fix one and get given another! Anyway I'll try to get some photos but I was wondering what you guys thought? I can't take him home yet and he has to wait but he'll be ok. Although getting him home will be hell because he has already tried to kill me when I was checking out his foot! Anyway I figured you guys would be the perfect people to tell about this so I can try identify whats up with him. I will have him taken to the vet if he is still alive by Monday. He isn't with any of the other birds and holds his leg up high. His leg almost looks mutated and I was wondering if this could be due to bumblefoot? His foot is much darker and larger then the other one but he still has great balance. I'm just looking for advice on what could be wrong and if you guys have tips on how to catch him.
Thanks!
