Broken Foot

Hello all,

I recently returned home to find my blue copper maran, Ziggy, limping. I inspected her foot and it appears that perhaps her foot was broken somehow. I have attempted a few different versions of a DIY splint. None seemed to be helping her mobility so I removed them. Now she is just staying put and not leaving the coop.

Is there anything I could do to help her? Will you she able to survive with only one good foot/leg once the injury heals? There is zero sign of infection, nor does she react in anyway when I touch her injured foot.

What can I do?

I wold make sure she has a soft, safe place to stay and maybe take her to a vet if available. good luck! also make sure she can easily get to food and water.
