Broken wing feathers-- please help

Poor girl… she really does look uncomfortable. I’m not an expert, but I’ve had a hen with similar feather damage before. In my case, it wasn’t mites either, just some kind of stress or maybe a nutritional issue. I added some extra protein to her feed (like scrambled eggs or mealworms) and gave her more space away from the flock, and she slowly improved.
If you’re sure it’s not pecking or parasites, maybe check her diet and stress levels. Hope she gets better soon.😇

I have a red Sexlink with same issue. No rooster but have caught my BO on her. She now wears a saddle & is pretty sad looking. Extremely slow with new feather growth. Definitely at the bottom of pecking order, too. I feel so bad for her.
The QUESTION is, what can be done to help her? She's getting 18% layer mash as well as free choice oyster shells.
Does she need to be separated for healing time? Her shoulders are down to just skin.
She has been like this for some time now.
She may not feather back out until she molts. Depending on her age, that may be this fall. Molt usually is triggered by the decreasing daylight hours as we go into winter, but it can happen just about any time, most common late summer to fall, but some do it in the dead of winter.
