Broken wing on pigeon

I have a pigeon with a broken wing. I'm struggling to secure it. I've tried vet wrap but it seems to be stopping her from walking, if I put it higher it ends up to tight around her crop. If I loosen it, it comes off! Has anybody fixed a pigeon wing or could advise me better. I was thinking about maybe using a sock? Should I secure both wings or just the one?

Thanks. I wish I had a vet to take her to. I'm kind of on my own with this.

Sock doesn't work. Or it would be perfect if she didn't get her feet under it a get them stuck.

I would vet wrap around both wings... also if she has a hard time getting around you could make her a sling and set her feed and water by her.
