Brooder Heating chicks per heating pad?

yes, I have been peeking and sticking a small log to hold open and making momma chicken talk for them!

Smh I think professional help may be in order. Yeah not sold on the whole Ohio brooder idea. Also with the ceramic heat bulb it does not reflect the heat well without a shield around it.
