I thank everyone for any comments and I hope I never have a bad experience. And it works well. I am currently looking for other ways to heat it up also.

Mother hen broody heat. I know it's called something else but you use a heating pad over wire. @Blooie do you know where to find the info?

How many left to hatch? I think it such a great opportunity to teach youngsters to love animals and care for them. I think it would help if all children could have these experiences.

I have 6 or 7 left to hatch but I think only 3 were still alive when I left home this morning for work.

She did she said I had 2 new ones and have 6 eggs left that have not hatched.
