Broodiness

I would like hens that will go broody and be good moms. Any standard size breed suggestions for me? I love Silkies but the eggs are too small.

Cochins! There are two in my profile picture. Those two are blue cochins.

Buff Orps and Australorps are more broody breeds that are pretty easy to source.
