Brooding to coup

we have two pea fowls who are about 42 days old, when can they be moved to a coup?

I don't know much about Guinea fowl, but I would say when they are fully feathered and able to keep warm they should be ok in a coup.
One online site I read when researching guineas said they should be fine after eight weeks of age.

Seven to eight weeks is fairly good although you need to consider transitioning temperatures. Right now with lows in the 70's it is pretty safe.
