Brooding turkey poults?

I was wondering what the height is on most brooders for turkeys? Is there anything special, turkeys need that chickens don't? Best kind of food? What size bulb? Anything about the brooder?

Turkeys need 28% protein feed. I use a game bird starter. As far as a brooder I just use an old stock tank with 2 250 watt red heat lamps
