So one of our indian runner ducks decided to make a nest outside, the first batch got eaten so we thought she would stop, but about 11days ago she made another nest with only two eggs and began sitting on them. We put her in a dog crate and got her seven eggs from a farmer(we were sure her eggs were not good) we gave her the new eggs on the 1.7.2022, and she Brooke two eggs on the 3.7.2022, today I found another broken egg in her water bowl and it was one that had a little embryo inside(I had candled them and wrote numbers on them), I do not know what to do with her anymore, should I remove the eggs, should I just wait and see?
This is her and also my first time hatching eggs, so is that the problem?
I do not know what to do, and advice and help would be greatly appreciated

Honestly I would remove her eggs and destroy the nest. Try again next season.
I had a Muscovy with 2 eggs one hatched and she attacked that one almost killed it the other one I left with her [it was just pipping [no bator] after rescuing the duckling. She killed it . The next year she was the first to go broody so I set her up in a large dog crate [Inside the coop] determined to take every duckling as they hatched. She was the best mama I could have asked for. And her duckling she attacked he is now 11 yrs old. I lost her to egg-laying problems a few years later. But I honestly believe giving her time to mature made the difference.
and please don't let her brood outside without any protection a raccoon could reach in a dog crate and try to pull her through you don't want to see that.
Sorry having storms coming through has been messing with my internet.

I have candled the eggs again and can see two embrios (one looked like it was moving).
She is about 3/4 years old, she just never wanted to make a nest, she is small enough to get out from there pen so at the beginning we didn't even know she had made a nest. She is in a big dog crate with a smaller one in that one and it is covered by a truck tarp.
We do not have racoons, we have foxes but it can not get to her because of the dog.
