Broody hen day 22 no pip

Hey,
Our young broody has successfully hatched two eggs 24 hours ago (beautiful little grey chicks). The third egg has no signs of movement and no pipping. I candled it quickly last night, it looks developed, nice air sac, some red veins, though most of the egg was dark.
How long do I leave it?

I've had chicks hatch from day 21-25 in the same clutch. That was with incubator chicks. The only trouble is that the broody will get up at some point, to start showing the chicks food, water, etc. I don't have much broody hatch experience, so hopefully somebody will chime in with their experience. I would leave the egg for a few more days, as long as she's willing to sit on it. Good luck.

Sadly that egg didn’t hatch, she just had the two chicks who are turning into beautiful maran hens
