Broody hen - egg pipped and chick chirping over 24 hours

I have a broody hen who is sitting on one egg. I have two other chicks for her and thought the egg was a no go until I realized last night it’s cracked on the fat end of the egg. I put it back in with mama and checked it tonight and the poor thing is chirping but hasn’t made any progress. Is it possible it’s shrink wrapped? When do I know to intervene? I’m panicking a little. I’ve done this multiple times but never when it’s this cold. I brought them inside but not sure what to do!

Hi! Is the chirping strong? Does the beak look like it's still chewy? @Celcampbell23

What did you bring in? The broody hen can keep chicks and the egg warm. Is the beak visible. Is it clear from the membrane? Don't help if the chick is still chewing.​
