I would put a concrete block(8") under the bottom of ramp,
and add some more cleats, one between each existing one,
to make it easier for chicks to navigate.

Is this coop/run combo just for mama and her babes?
Is it near where the rest of the flock lives so everyone can see each other before integration?

Oh good idea. Yes just them but the run has hardware cloth so the other chickens can see them.
