I've had my broody hen who's been sitting on 6 silkie eggs that have been shipped to me. Its been 13 days now and I recently candled them yesterday.
What I realised was that the air sack was detached, it wasn't just one circle on the top half of the egg. I don't know what do now to keep the air sack right because in a normal incubator you'd just have to set the eggs upright and not turn them for a few days in order for the air sack to fix itself. But under a broody hen it's different because the hen regularly turns them.
Any help is appreciated
