Deffinetly seperate them, in our first hatch one of my Duccle's mauled one of the chicks and she died a few weeks later from injuries even tho we tried everything to save her. Give the babies Grower food and if they are tiny like my Seramas that are about to hatch you can use a Quail waterer which is smaller and can add clear marbles (we tried colored ones and the dye colored the water ) if needed. Momma hen can eat the Grower food for a bit and I add electrolytes to the water to help the chicks and momma!
