Went to go put up my broody and her chicks. Couldn't fond them and then 20 minutes later I found them nested up in a flower pot. Haha

That's too cute. Hiding her babies. She knew she had a bright idea.
That's great! Thinking outside the box for sure!
. Not sure you are the first to report a broody seabright they rarely go broody I raised seabrights for three years and had several hens and none ever went broody. as far as mean for a popcorn size bird they think they are ten foot tall my lil seabright rooster used to take on a Cochin 3 times his size they are fun lil birds as far as separate boxes go I think I Would only because I know how they are good luckHi everyone! I have a small problem and wondered if any of you had any suggestions. I have a broody bantam hen and I gave her 8 eggs to sit on, and then several days later ANOTHER of my bantam hens decided to go broody and they are sharing the nest box and eggs! The eggs are due to hatch next week, and I don't know if I should leave them together or divide the eggs and give them each their own box. I am a bit nervous about leaving them together because the second broody bantam (a golden Seabright) is normally very mean to the first broody, a very small mixed breed that looks a bit like an old english hen. They are sharing the box peacefully, but I am afraid once the chicks hatch they will fight and possibly hurt the chicks! What should I do?
