I'm so sorry. It would have been a miracle if it had since it def wasn't ready.

But think of the ones that have hatched and are hatching you have saved their lives.

Sorry for the loss of the little one
How’s the last egg ?

The last egg was pipped and well this morning. I had to go out and drop off a pee sample for my dog. I’m hoping he’ll be out when I get back.

Sure enough, the last egg hatched while I was out this morning. I'll be moving them all over to a brooder rather than chancing things with mom.

They are half Cuyahoga and half Khaki.

They will be some beautiful ducks once all feathered in. They are so precious now.

They are doing very well! Mama and babies are happy.
The brooder chicks are happy as well, but I feel bad that they have no mama.
I’ll get updated pics tomorrow. They are growing fast!

Have you tried to introduce to mom? Might not hurt to try outside where mama is distracted.
