I love MY new baby so much. It's the first chick I have ever hatched. My "saraget hatcher" has some of the babies hatching Saturday for me too. Once they hatch I'll post pics of them too. And then next Saturday in MY bator here. I am going to be up to my eye balls in chicks.

Well-I got a call last night from my "saraget hatcher". I had a pip last night. This morning she called and I have a baby from a different egg and 2 pips! I'm going over to her house later this afternoon to see the babies. I still have to wait until next Saturday for the eggs here to hatch. I'll post pics as soon as I get them.

Well-I had to take baby away from mama today. I knew she would be a mean mama. She's fine with her under her, but as soon as she sees the baby, she pecks her and growls and more. So now baby is in the house with us and later today I will bring home whomever is hatched and dry from the "saraget's" house.

Baby is in a tote here and I gave her a scarf I have that is super fuzzy. It feels almost like feathers. I had to make the sacrifice.
