The ones that are kinda blue are either the White Orpingtons that I won at auction or it may be some mix that the lady how hatched them threw in there for me. Depending on which one it is you are talking about. They both have the "gray" feathers. The second to last is the mix and is mostly gray. The last is the White Orpington and has gray and light yellow feathers.

I know about the twins too! I love them!!!!! The one on the right was the first baby to hatch in that bator.

And the other one is the smallest of the whole bunch!

No pips in my bator as of right now. Hopefully I will have one or two tomorrow morning!

Well- I got babies!

I woke up this morning to send my oldest off to school and 1 baby serama was out and one pip on a RIR. Then I went back to bed for a little while (not wanting to watch bator TV) and I got up and there was another serama baby. And like 5 other pips. Then I when out to feed and chickens and another serama was out. And then I took a shower and a barred silkie came out. It's been nuts! I have like 10 pips too! So I'll post again later.

Still waiting on my broody to hatch those eggs! Today is day 21 (I think) but I'm not exactly sure cuz I not certain when she started in earnest. No babies yet that I can tell. But waiting......

I'm so excited for you!!! Our 2 chicks are doing well. The 2 mommies had been sharing them beautifully until this afternoon. Now they are starting to fight over them. I don't know what to do. I brought home a rescue chick from the feed store today. They thought it was blind or something because her eyes are like stuck shut or something. They gave her to me because they know we dearly love our chickens and we'd give her a good home. One of her eyes did finally come open, but the other seems sealed shut. She is eating and drinking just fine. I was hoping the mommies would take her... NO. So I went back to the feed store to get her a buddy. What did I do?!!!
