Oh Gosh! I’ve been spraying them for a while now. I will put a dish of water in now!

Water actually draws out moisture not adding to moisture. Definitely don't spray eggs

Was she killing or pecking? Most Hens want total privacy or stress can cause that.

No, she was killing them.

HELP! My broody hen has been killing all of her hatching chicks! I moved all of the eggs inside, but my incubator is not available to put them in. I have them in a box with a heat lamp. I am spraying them with water, but how much do I spray them with? I do not have a humidity thermometer!

Were you constantly checking or bothering her at all? Sometimes they are great setters and first time Mommas will kill Chicks because they don't understand the Peeps.

As the chicks are hatching, she is killing them

I only checked on her a couple of time, and every time I did, there were more dead babies.
