Broody or not?

Well now I'm just confused. she acts broody with her attitude but she keeps laying and then spends the day outside. Now I probably have 10 eggs sitting there in her nestbox and I'm not sure if I should leave them or just take them. I dont know how long fertilized eggs can sit in the nest before they're no good for her or us.
