No.Does she have a broody patch of missing feathers on her belly and chest?
Thank you, I read that article. Actually she (Miss Broody) is the only one still laying because she has been hogging the nest they all prefer. As soon as I let them out of the big coop, the other 2 run out and Miss broody jumps in the nest. She lays an egg pretty quick then won't leave the nest. With all of the things you have answered, she may not be broody. Not laying, no missing feathers on her belly and chest, she doesn’t fit the symptoms. I would let her out of isolation and continue to observe her. Here is a list of broody behaviors:

She got in the laying box first thing this morning as soon as I opened the doors to the nesting boxes. I left her for a few minutes, went back and she had laid an egg, but screeched at me and flattened out when I reached in to remove her and the egg from the nest. So I put her in the yard so the other 2 could use the boxes. She went back to the within 30 minutes, so I removed her again and out hey in the isolation pen. The other 2 haven't laid in several days. I'm lost. She probably would not still be laying at this point if she is broody. Normally they would have stopped laying by now. Once their broody spell is broken, they will continue to not lay for a couple of weeks.
