Broody or sick?

My family and I just started raising backyard chickens in March. We started with 6 pullets and still have all 6 but one has been acting differently the past couple of days. None have started laying eggs yet, so I'm not sure if she's broody or not. She has her head down and stands on one leg a lot. She's by herself a lot. This morning when I check her, she's made a little hole in the bottom of her coop (in the dirt) and seems quite content just laying there. She does eat and drink and does get up when I approach her, but she seems tired. Doesn't appear to be losing weight or have anything "physically" wrong that I can tell. We did recently change their food to an egg laying food since I'm sure we're probably getting close. (I think) I've also recently fed them some watermelon and rinds and carrot tops which they love. Any ideas on what may be wrong?
Thank you!

I don't think she is broody since she is not laying yet. Is it hot where you live? She might have something wrong with her and is showing more symptoms due to the heat as well. Maybe you should a kennel of box in a cool spot with water and food so you can observe her eating drinking and pooping. Based on your description, it could be any number of problems.
