It's been a good week!
The two baby trukeys look great and are living outside with Momma. I am petrified some stupid animal will get them before they can grow up. They are so precious!!! I am going to put some new smaller holed fencing in the coop too because right now they love squeezing through the chain link and playing where Momma cannot protect them. When I candled all of the eggs that were still in the nest, most of the chicken eggs were clear, about five good and the other turkeys dead too. She must have come off early after I had gone off to work and by the time I got home, they were cold already ... too late to save any of them. but since I started this thread, I have had my pheasants hatch, my guineas and my buff silkies.
