Broody sumatra... babies update4/18

Yesterday it was so nice out and mama decided to take babies out. She can fly over the cardboard divider and appearantley got them to go under. Freaked me out so I stayed out there till she tried to take them in two of them couldn't get back up to the door jam so I had to make some steps for them. Then she took them into the screen room and none of them could get back in so I gathered them up and put them back in their nest. While they were outside the cats were very intersted she chased several off but one snuck behind the feed tubs and grabbed one but I stopped her. So today we cleaned out the coop by the house that ducks and bantams will go into. It is divided into three sections and she is the middle so all should be safe and I only put bedding down in one section so hopefully she won't be filling up the waterer and feeder with bedding. I have pics from yesterday and I will take some of the new digs tomorrow
