What is the red/pinkish color on the ground, is that sand, tiles or dirt?
Sometimes diet can color the poop. I would take note of her poop for a few more days and see how it looks. Think about if she's eaten anything that color.

As for the eye, it may be something genetic if only one eye, just keep watch on that too. Since she's acting normal/eating/drinking active, I think I would just observe her and see how it goes.

Let us know if that crust washes off her comb.

The red thing on the floor is a brick. And today I try to remove that crust with cotton swab, and it did not came out 😥 (but the cotton swab has change the color from white to brown). So I take a look at her ear like you said so and I discovered that she has a green liquid came out of her ear so I took a cotton swab to clean It. It turn out that there is a white stuff block her ear-hole but fortunately I manage to remove it.

I thought that may have been brick or something like that! Just asking since the poop was similar color - chickens eat dirt, so wondered if she had eaten dirt that was colored a tinge of pink/red.

Sounds like she has an ear infection.
Glad you were able to remove the white stuff. Monitor the ear every day and clean it out. You can put 1 drop of Hydrogen Peroxide in the ear to aid with cleaning it out if necessary.

If the q-tip changed color when you tried to clean the comb, then I would suspect it's dried crusty dirt. I would first try applying some vaseline or coconut oil to the comb to help soften that up, wait a little while, then try wiping it off again.

Ok thanks! That is very helpful. I will come back with a new update maybe in 2 days.
