Brown Egg layers laying green/olive eggs?

Thank you for everything you've said. I am new at this and actually expected to get what I ordered. It seems that OE's are cold hardy like BPR's so that's fine but it looks like the production is significantly less.
I'll bet your OE will have fewer health issues and live longer and lay longer because of that. I know that doesn't matter much to some chicken keepers, but I, as someone who keeps chickens as pets, see it as a good thing.

I have a Welsummer (I think) who lays green eggs, not brown like the breed usually does. I was thinking maybe she's mixed, but she looks just like every other Welsummer I've seen.
So if she's laying green eggs, she's not a Welsummer, she's a Welsummer mix. Just had to say it. It's not genetically possible for a pure blood Welsummer to lay a green egg. And yes, I agree she's probably a Starlight Green Egger. I've had a couple that looked like Welsummers that were SGEs. Fun, pretty birds. Mine gave me an egg a day for most of their lives.

I have a variety in my flock, some are pure but quite a few are EEs and/or surprise mix breeds. I've noticed the ones that lay blue, green or olive eggs also tend to have leg skin colors of grey, almost blue. Some of mine with the dark leg skin color also have laid dark brown eggs, but I've never had a yellow leg skin color hen lay a blue, green or olive egg. I also have 1 EE with a head tuft that lays light brown eggs, so can't always go by the head tuft either. It's really cool to be able to offer a dozen eggs with about 12 different shades ranging from...Ivory, lightest brown, medium brown, darkest brown, pale blue, medium blue, greenish blue, sage green, olive green, white & occasional pinkish or plum or speckled colors. ❤️

Cream Legbars have yellow legs and lay blue eggs. (But you might not have any.)

re: leg color. I got a couple pics of the OE's legs:
