Not all EEs have green legs. Sometimes, you'll see green legs, but what you're really seeing are yellow legs with a slate overlay, depending on who her parents were-that will appear greenish to the human eye at first glance.
 
whatever she is she is still a good layer...she is in my buff orpington pen and mates with a buff roo...babies are super cute...she will not go broody for nothing...will keep her for a pet I guess.
 
If she's a good layer, by all means keep her. I've had hens lay well, during the warmer months, at least, until they are five or so.

And hatch out her babies, one always needs more good laying pullets! I'll bet they're beautiful mixed with a bo roo.
