Brown Leghorn - Rooster or Hen?

I think she's a hen...she's supposed to be a hen. But her comb and wattles are so much larger than the other two from her clutch. She just does not seem to have enough color brilliance to be a rooster, but maybe at 3 months old they have some more developing to do in plumage. Her tail is different too, but not what I would expect in a rooster - just different.

What do you guys think?

Looks like a hen to me. It's not the same coloring as the brown leghorn rooster I had. The hens are a completely different color than the roosters.
