Notice a brown looking spot on egg but i candle egg to make sure duckling was still alive and saw movement, worried...also I have a LG incubator what temp should I lower it for lock down and what should my humidity be at...

I leave temp at 100 the entire time. I crank the humidity up between 55 and 65.
Hummm I have temp on 102.5 someone said because of the LG, my humidity has been 70... I feel so helpless... I still have four other Duck eggs, so worried....

Have you candled the eggs? You may still be fine. I think that I would back the temperature up to 101. I haven't hatch but like 3 times. Who did you talk too. They may know your set up and it still may be right. 70 percent is good with humidity. Let me see if I can get help? @BantyChooks

What day is the egg currently on? Can you get a pic?

For lockdown, about 70% is best. I usually drop temp to 100.5ish at lockdown, and run 101.5 for the rest of incubation. Make sure you're measuring temp at the top of the egg. The reason for running 101.5 instead of 102 is to help make temp spikes a little bit less damaging. LGs are prone to spikes so if you run lower, you have .5 a degree extra leeway.

Can you post a picture of it?

Thanks for the tag :) OP here started another thread in the Hatching section too. WV and I have also been asking questions there, you guys might want to pop over. Maybe we can get everything in the same place. Would be easier that way, for sure.

First time on this site so I am probably all over the pages... but so far I LOVE your answer... I did lower temp but don't know where I should have humidity it's been 70.
