This is beans, he is my 5 month old rooster, i was holding him earlier and noticed he had this brown spot, and a yellow pimple like growth, and i’m curious as to what it is, is it dangerous, deadly, painful? :(, is it normal or is there something i need to do about it? someone help, i also noticed that it is almost like the layer on top of his beak was peeling right under his nostril

The black spots are likely just small scabs where it was pecked. The yellow-ish pimple looking things are fowl pox. Looks like the early stages of fowl pox. It cannot be treated, but since it's in the early stages its possible to prevent the rest of your flock from getting it by vaccinating them. I'm attaching a link that has lots of info. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Good luck. Also, you will want to look inside his mouth for wet pox. Before vaccinating, you will want to thoroughly check your other birds for any signs of pox.
