Brownies....I have a great brownie recipe and it uses a lot of eggs!

I guess I just had something a little different in mind. They were good, just not good enough for all that butter or margarine.

All I can say is MAKE THESE!! They are incredibly dense & fudgey and YUMMY. I can't imagine I will ever make a different brownie recipe, ever again

Bumping this back up. I'm just now starting to get a bunch of eggs and my family loves brownies.

I did something really wrong! I doubled the batch, since my family loves brownies, but they did not taste like brownies. Not sure what I done wrong. My poor son, he ate them and raved on how good they were, and I heard him telling the girls that they had better stop, they were going to hurt my feelings. Just eat them and say they are good!!

I'm thinking maybe I used the wrong Cocoa?? I used a blender, should I have blended by hand?
