BSL roo??

Wow, yours is a handsome roo. I’m glad mine is a roo, we have lots of predators and I was looking for a roo. Didn’t realize right away that I already had one!

Wow, that does look a lot like mine! I’m no expert, but looks very much like a cockerel. Probably mixed breed, like mine is. Here are pics of what he grew up to look like, he’s super handsome. He’s now 2 years old.

I just looked up that breed, and I would say yes he sure does!

where did you get him? He's definitely a cockerel. But also, definitely not a BSL.

Interesting. A BSL male would be barred, usually sloppy barred.
Looking at his pic again, he still looks like a mix to me... I wonder if he slipped through in the breeding pens somehow, since breeding a BSL roo to a BSL hen would not produce a sex linked chick...
