Bubbles coming out of chicks mouth HELP!!!

I check my incubator and then I noticed a chicks was gasping with bubbles coming out and he was moving. Is that ok I don't think it is.

I sure don't know, but if something's wrong, there isn't much you can do besides keep him warm and see how he manages. He'll be alright without food or water for 2-3 days, as he's living off of the yolk he absorbed. If you can keep him in the incubator until he's fully dry, and even longer, that's best.
 
He eventually dried out and I had to assist him in hatching along with five other and although that usually doesn't go well they all hatched completely fine and one other hatched on his own.
