Bubbles under skin

Today I just realized that one of my four week old quail hens has three bubble like things on her head. Should I cull her or is this not endangering the other quail?

I'm no vet, but I'd say it's some kind of cist.
Not contagious. Give her a cuddle and cull.

If there was an injury which caused it by the time it got to this size the original injury would have healed on the surface.
 
I don't really know. To me, it looks like it was pecked, or got little cuts that healed over, but got infected. You might want to take a sterile needle, and poke barely under the skin, then apply triple antibiotic, and see.
 
It could be cysts too. While they're not contagious, it could be problematic in other ways. I'd cull.
