I say try to drain it. She looks like a sweetie, and I don't want to give her a "uncurable" or "danger" or "death" sentence.

Sterilize the needle in alcohol. Don't go too deep. Just under the skin. If it doesn't drain on the first one, don't keep poking it.

Update: I poked the bubbles with a sewing needle yesterday and a lot of clear liquid drained out. Today she looks and is acting much better.

That's wonderful! Put a little triple antibiotic ointment, like neosporin on it for a couple days, so it doesn't get infected.

It also could be a bouncing bruise ... I would isolate it and wait and watch
