Someone was asking about the dark meat on a Buckeye, so I took a picture of some leg quarters off one for the curious. Cell phone pic so may not be the best. Mine are free ranged on pasture.

Thanks for the picture, knittychickadee. It almost looks like beef in color. Bet it still tastes like chicken.
