Hello there , i was wondering if someone knows what that position of the budgie which kinda stoops on the branch means. Is that a sign of aggression(not that much) , relaxing state or sleepy mood?
He takes that position only during the lunch time and he sometimes seems to sing quietly while others just stoop like that.

I am by far no expert on parrots. But whenever my parakeet did that, she was usually happy and relaxed. I noticed that she had either spotted something that got her attention, or she was thinking about flying to somewhere else in the cage to do something. But either way, it isn't something you should be worried about I don't think.
