If you take branches from trees they need to be baked as leaving them as in can carry mites that will live on the branch then go onto the bird let alone wild birds carry diseases And not all tree branches are safe heres a list of items safe and unsafe for budgies

You can take grass from your yard rinse it then give it to them to eat and or bath in heres a vid of mine..they do love to bath if the weather is nice and usually like to bath in grass

I have a pair, I believe they are female, hatchmates... View attachment 1273016Tweet Berry is toward the back, Peekablue toward the front. Not quite 3 months old.
These are the first house birds I've ever had, unless you count injured chickens or unexpected hatched chicks and their out of season Mamas...I try not to count those, lol.

The budgies are a riot - they love music, particularly Bach's Badinierie, and DeBussy's Clare de Lune whistled by Geert Chatrou - find him on YouTube. Amazing!

Beautiful! Mine love music as well, we have to see what type Winter (100% her name by the way)prefers but Emerald and Blue adored Christmas music for some reason!
