I am right now watch them groom each other, and it is precisely to watch. Plus, I can happily and officially say that mu green one (Scout) has eaten a treat from my hand! As in, I held it, and he ate it. This is a first for him, and it feels monumentally. The blue one (Piper) watched and then came in for a nibble but was more cautious. This feels like a big step towards gaining their trust.In time you may consider getting some hens and raising budgies. It's very enjoyable and not at all hard.
