My two came with clipped wings, but I clipped Jazz and Tango's so I could tame them. I did there nails at the same time.

Oh yeah!! I clipped mine's too!! But when they are tamer im gonna leave them, or only clip one so that i can still go outside with them!!

Yeah. It doesn't hurt them, and it doesn't take away flight. It just limits it.
