The guy got these from Ideal and they are supposed be pullets, but I am wondering if one is a cockeral. We arent keeping them, we got them because they were in a set with the white ones and we wanted one of those. I am suspecting BO. What do you think? He said they were about 5 weeks, but he also said they were from a May hatch, so that would make them at least 8 weeks and they are fully feathered.

Do you think they are bo? and what if they really are 5 weeks?

5-week-olds wouldnt be nearly that feathered out. They look like Hatchery Quality BO.

yes, very sweet! When I was living on our ranch I ordered 30 chicks from Murray McMurray(Black Australorp, Easter Egger, & Buff Orpingtons). Out of all breeds, the orps were the tamest and kindest. One rooster in particular became my best friend )
