Yes - at this age it is mostly the wattle/comb that are the indicators -- a combination of their size and their color. The other indicators, color variances, feather changes, etc will become apparent in the coming weeks.

Yes, Buff sure does stand upright and alert, but seems about the same size as everyone else...
Now I'm worried about Beatrice, too, though her comb and wattles are nowhere near Buff's.

Olive and Boo barely have anything happening at all, comb wise.... Buff was starting to make me wonder at maybe 3 weeks!
