I don't know if you posted the pictures yet or maybe I just can't see them at the moment but going off your previous pics and my buff I would say that yeah most def a rooster and I'm saying yes cuz I ordered a rooster when I ordered my chicks and he is the only one out of my 4 buff (all of my chicks period) that only has wing feathers (half the length of the girl's wing feathers) at the moment and just now starting to show signs of tail feathers and mine will be 2 weeks old Wed and yours look just like mine
