Buff Orpington Cockerel?

My cockerel is an RIR... he hasn't quite gotten big enough to try and get my laying pullets, besides the one from his flock of course. My other pullets and my hen just lift up their wings and he runs for the hill. lol
He was 16 weeks in these pictures, he is now 18 weeks as of yesterday.

So, this same cockerel just attacked one of my buff Orpington’s flock mates, he did some real damage. Does this mean my other chick is a cockerel, or does it mean I have an aggressive roo? I can’t have him attacking my 14 week old pullets. He tore some of her comb, and she is having trouble walking.

Pullet and dump the rooster

X 2 what deedee said. Time for your cockerel to go. He's a rowdy teenager, and his behavior will get worse before it gets better. Why risk injury to your pullets ?

Usually there comes a point in time when a cockerel will start fighting with the older hens until they start taking him seriously and allow him to mate with them. It's pretty normal. However, if you have no plans to keep him then now is the time to find him a new home.

Yes get rid of him or lock him up separately. Aggression towards pullets or hens isn't a behavior I would keep around. Too many nice roosters with wonderful gentle disposition out there if you want to keep a rooster. I wouldn't be surprised if he starts coming after you next so be careful around him.
