Is that your daughter? She's a cutie; I'd say that is a buff orpington, hard to tell sex tho, How old is it supposed to be? Might be a roo with the bright red comb and wattles, it if's young. How about a pic from the side, with it standing up?

Picked up my three orpington pullets yesterday! They are extremely sweet and quiet. Very friendly though, and they eat like champs. Can't wait for them to grow into adult hens!

Do you mean my pic? I hope she is a she! A giant, brown egg showed up today and I'm wondering if it is from my BO?
Are they normally unique? Mine walks like a T. Rex and is always "laying around."
News nugget... Monty's first pullet shown at 7 1/2 months, just went Ch. English at her first show. Very proud grandma here !
Singing chicken~ yeah your pic mine lay different shades of brown and one has speckled eggs. My younger ones are walking like t-rexes right now... but my big girls and roo are so fat and fluffy they waddle!
