*Buff Orpington Thread!*

Hi Brandi!  :frow Welcome to the BO thread, glad you are here!  Your babies are precious.
Last year, when we got our chicks we had a tiny BO that had a great personality too. We named her "Peanut" (my screen name is Peanutsmomma because she stole my heart :love ) because she was so tiny.  Fast forward a year later and not only is she our biggest hen but she is at the top of the pecking order.  We call her our "Ninja Chicken" because she keeps everybody in line, even the cats!  Your little girl may end up being a whole lot of chick in a little space too. ;)

Thanks Peanutsmomma! I'm glad and relieved to know that. I've found since these little fluff balls have came into my life, I worry a lot more, lol.

Ive been taking Eggness outside for short bits to get ready for the move. Had to let her play in the straw as bit so I could feed her hungry hippo friends. It will be different without her inside but its what's best :)

Awww...look at that sweet angel. Please keep us posted on her transition. I hope that everything goes smoothly and the other hens accept her. I just went through something similar myself with one our bantams that was sick with some sort of mystery illness that kept her inside for about a month. She recovered and has been back outside for about a week now but the other hens are still giving her a hard time.
