Buff Orpington with foaming eyes

Hi , I have a buff Orpington who is about 2-3 years old and living with 3 other chickens. She has foaming eyes that we have cleaned with water and the bubbles keep coming back !

This has been happening for a number of weeks now and no amount of cleaning has helped . I have researched how to treat this but have always found dead ends . She lives outside in a coop with 3 other chickens with shavings , eats And drinks normally , is quite timid ( although all my chickens are ) and she can sound like she isn’t wheezing at times .

Does anyone know how to treat this or what it could be ??

Welcome to BYC. It could be something going on with her eye, such as something irritating it, but that is a sign of mycoplasma (MG,) a respiratory disease. You might want to try Terramycin eye ointment twice a day, or consider treating with Tylan 50. I had a hen once who had foam in both eyes on very cold morning, then would clear up during the day. She had no other signs of a respiratory disease. So I thought it may have been a tear duct problem. Here is some reading:

Thank you x I had heard of Tylan but getting my hands on it was difficult . I will try terramycin x
